Vanessa Lazaroff
Vanessa Lazaroff is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Group Six Twelve. She leads organizational and process development. Vanessa has worked on developing the company’s internal structure, workflow systems and scheduling processes. Prior to Group Six Twelve, Vanessa’s experience included project management and coordination with a small but very high quality furniture and interior design business including logistics, management, procurement, scheduling, and cross-border coordination of commercial and residential projects in Canada and the United States.
At Group Six Twelve, Vanessa focuses on developing streamlined operational systems, improving team coordination, strengthening accountability measures, and implementing processes that support consistent, high-quality service.
Chris Lazaroff
Chris Lazaroff is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Group Six Twelve and leads the company’s operational delivery, field management, staffing coordination, and facility maintenance oversight. With an extensive background in facilities management and large-scale service operations, Chris brings significant experience managing complex commercial and industrial accounts across Southern Ontario.
Prior to founding Group Six Twelve, Chris managed facility service accounts for manufacturing and industrial clients, including Maple Leaf Foods and Babcock & Wilcox in Cambridge, Ontario. He has experience overseeing high-demand operational environments. At Group Six Twelve, Chris oversees day-to-day field operations, service, staffing, and operational performance. His hands-on leadership approach and deep operational experience have played a key role in the company’s ability to deliver organized, responsive, and consistent facility support services.
Josh Lalonde
Josh Lalonde supports Group Six Twelve in a special projects oversight capacity, contributing experience in institutional project management, construction coordination, and operational planning.
Based in Victoria, British Columbia, Josh remains actively involved in supporting select strategic initiatives. Josh’s professional background includes institutional construction project management including school and public infrastructure projects. His experience overseeing complex project coordination, scheduling, compliance requirements, contractor communication, and construction workflows supports our facilities management activities.
Gordon Lalonde
Gordon Lalonde is a senior advisor to Group Six Twelve and plays an active role in financial oversight, strategic planning, and operational guidance across the organization. Prior to his retirement, Gordon served as an acting partner within the company and continues to support the company.
Gordon previously held senior roles as the Commissioner of Corporate Services at the Town of Oakville and Sheridan College. His background in managing complex departments provides valuable insight into our services.
